No. A quote review helps identify unclear scope and potential cost risks. Actual costs depend on specifications, site conditions, timing and the builder. It is not a valuation or a guarantee.
Is the free scan automated?
The initial service is manually reviewed by the founder. There is no promise of an instant result; review timing is confirmed after intake.
What should I send?
A readable quote with its inclusions, exclusions, allowances and variation terms. Remove personal details that are not needed for the review. A PDF, photo or pasted line items can be used.
Will my quote be posted publicly?
Your quote is not submitted for public posting. A shareable score card excludes identifying details; sharing anonymised review results for marketing requires your permission.
Can you help me find another builder?
You can register interest in a future vetted-builder referral. There are no builder listings available yet, and a referral is not guaranteed.
